All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect size/specifications selection, or general non-defective reasons once an order is processed.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Full Refund)

We take quality control seriously. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we will process a full refund for your purchase.

To receive a full refund for a defective or damaged product:

  1. Inspect Your Order: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  2. Contact Us: Email us at support@tasheedcontracting.net within [14] days of receiving your shipment.

  3. Provide Proof: Include your order number, receipt or proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.

Defective Product Return Process

  • Once your claim is submitted and verified, our team will review the details and provide instructions on how to proceed.

  • If a physical return of the defective item is required, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for sending the package to our office.

  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned defective item (or review the verified proof of damage), we will process your refund:

  • A full refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@tasheedcontracting.net.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (If Applicable)

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers retain the statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason under EU consumer law. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
